Compare your chest, waist, hips and inseam measurements to our size chart to get your exact size.
- Breast
- Always measure your chest at the widest point. The measurement should be snug but not too tight.
- waist
- Measure your natural waist, which is between your lower ribs and hip bones. For an accurate measurement, take a deep breath, relax your abdomen and position the tape measure around your waist. Leave an inch of leeway.
- Hips
- Always measure your hips at the widest point (the hip bones are often not the widest point, this is usually a few centimeters lower).
- inseam
- Put your feet shoulder-width apart and wear athletic shoes. Measure from the top of your inner leg to just below your inner ankle. Repeat the process with the other leg. The average of both measurements gives a more accurate stride length.
