Items that are in perfect condition and returned within 30 days will be eligible for a refund or replacement item.

If the item you received is defective or damaged, you can get a replacement item. To do this, send us an email with all the information about the order (first name, last name, address, email with which the order was placed) to info@gymsis.comand send the item to: MAYAL rmo c/o K88681 , Kreuzbachweg.10, 50169 Kerpen, Germany.
If you return the item, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the replacement item to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over €50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
